Job Title: Corporate Steward

Job Summary:
As a Corporate Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation and efficiency of our corporate facilities. This position requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. You will collaborate with various departments, manage office supplies, coordinate events, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning corporate environment.
Manage and coordinate office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely restocking.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for office-related needs.
Coordinate purchases, track orders, and manage vendor invoices.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events and meetings.
Prepare the corporate facility for events, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
Administrative Support: Work with HR on attendance and payroll inputs.
Provide administrative support for personal appointments and scheduling.
Inventory Management: Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Manage and update a centralized filing system for corporate needs.
Technology and Systems: Basic knowledge of computer software, including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Coordinate with IT for any office technology-related issues.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Understand and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate information.
Language Proficiency: Possess a superb command of the English language, both written and oral.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate facility management.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Proficient in basic computer software and office equipment.
• Flexible scheduling with availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling corporate information.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
