CSR Manager Job Role
Responsibilities:
Strategy: Develop and implement CSR strategies.
Program Management: Oversee CSR programs and volunteer activities.
Monitoring: Evaluate CSR initiatives and prepare performance reports.
Awareness: Raise CSR awareness and conduct employee training.
Sustainability: Implement and monitor environmental initiatives.
Community: Organize community projects and build relationships.
Ethics: Ensure ethical business practices and develop conduct policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related fields.
Experience: CSR, sustainability, or project management.
Skills: CSR principles, communication, project management, Proposal Writing & Budgeting, analytical and leadership abilities.
Attributes: Passion for sustainability and strong ethics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
