Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and compelling social impact reports that highlight the effectiveness and reach of our educational programs.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of different sectors and CSR work formats to inform report content and strategy.
• Create financial projections and impact assessments for 3 to 5-year periods, demonstrating the long-term benefits and sustainability of our initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data on student outcomes, community benefits, and overall program success to support report findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.
• Present findings and reports to senior management and external stakeholders, including funding houses, philanthropists, and CSR organizations.
• Establish and maintain connections with international organizations, presenting impactful proposals to secure support for our educational initiatives.
• Identify and document key success stories and case studies to illustrate the real-world impact of our educational programs.
• Stay updated on best practices in social impact reporting and incorporate innovative approaches to showcase our work effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project reporting, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within the education or nonprofit sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and projections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Deep knowledge of research methodologies, sector analysis, and CSR work formats.
• Experience in developing reports for diverse stakeholders, including funders, philanthropists, and CSR organizations.
• Proven ability to connect with international organizations and present compelling cases for support.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
• Passion for education and a deep understanding of its potential for social impact
