  • Incorporation or registration of new companies and other entities
  • Drafting of Director / Members\' resolution
  • Drafting of Annual General Meeting (AGM) / Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents
  • Maintenance of registers and corporate secretarial documents
  • To lodge annual returns and other matters with ACRA and any other government agencies, as and when required
  • Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation
  • Advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
  • Ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by dept head
Ideal ProfileJob Requirements
  • Pursuing Bachelor\'s Degree in corporate secretary is preferred
  • Meticulous and gives importance to details
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary
