1. Sales Target Achievement

• KRA: Meet or exceed sales targets for corporate interior products and services .
• Key Actions:
• Identify potential clients (corporate offices, businesses, etc.) and generate new sales leads.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies if needed.
• Regularly report on sales progress and forecast to management.

2. Client Relationship Management

• KRA: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Key Actions:
• Understand client needs and propose interior solutions that align with their vision, brand, and budget.
• Manage relationships throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-project follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly.

3. Consultative Selling and Solution Customization

• KRA: Provide tailored interior design solutions to meet specific client needs.
• Key Actions:
• Conduct site visits and engage in consultative discussions with clients to understand their interior requirements.
• Work with design and technical teams to create custom proposals, including designs, materials, and finishes.
• Recommend space planning and design solutions that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
• Present proposals and negotiate terms with clients.

4. Project Coordination and Execution

• KRA: Ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of interior projects.
• Key Actions:
• Work closely with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the installation and setup of corporate interior solutions, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction and address any changes.

5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

• KRA: Stay updated with the latest trends in corporate interior design and market competition.
• Key Actions:
• Conduct research on market trends, client preferences, and new interior solutions.
• Monitor competitors' offerings and pricing strategies.
• Suggest new products and services based on market demand and trends.
• Provide insights to management on emerging opportunities or threats in the corporate interior market.

6. Proposal and Contract Management

• KRA: Oversee the preparation and negotiation of proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Key Actions:
• Develop detailed proposals for interior design projects, including scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Work with legal and finance teams to prepare contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with clients to close sales successfully.

7. Client Retention and Repeat Business

• KRA: Ensure high levels of client retention and secure repeat business.
• Key Actions:
• Follow up with clients post-project completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Develop strategies for retaining long-term clients and securing future projects or renovations.

• KRA: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

9. Team Collaboration and Support

10. Budget and Cost Management

• KRA: Manage the budget for sales proposals and ensure profitability.
• Key Actions:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring the proposals are financially viable.
• Manage the budget throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that the project remains profitable.
• Ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
