• KRA: Meet or exceed sales targets for corporate interior products and services .
• Key Actions:

• Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies if needed.
• Regularly report on sales progress and forecast to management.
2. Client Relationship Management
• KRA: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Key Actions:
• Understand client needs and propose interior solutions that align with their vision, brand, and budget.
• Manage relationships throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-project follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Consultative Selling and Solution Customization
