Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the packaging industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive professional with strong industry expertise and a demonstrated history of success in B2B sales.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and industrial sectors.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and explore growth opportunities.Market & Industry Analysis:Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.Provide insights to support product development and market expansion strategies.Perform competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.Sales Operations & Reporting:Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies.Team Collaboration & Leadership:Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production and logistics, for seamless order fulfillment.Guide and mentor junior sales team members to achieve their objectives.Contribute to performance evaluations and knowledge sharing initiatives.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).3 to 6 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Strong understanding of packaging products, materials, and market trends.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.Preferred Skills:Good Communication skillsExceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.Experience handling high-value B2B accounts.Knowledge of sustainability trends and eco-friendly packaging solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Team management experience is a plus.
