About the internship
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and effective lead nurturing. As a critical part of our sales process, you will work closely with the Founder to identify and engage with potential customers, ensuring the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads within a specific industry.
Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media.
Assess the needs and requirements of prospects to determine their fit for our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by providing timely and relevant information.
Accurately record and update all lead information and activities in the CRM system.
Embrace a proactive approach to self-learning and invest time in personal growth.
Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced sales leaders.
Experience:
Grad or MBA Grad fresher who\'s looking to build a career in lead generation, inside sales, or a related field, within the SaaS industry.
Familiarity with SaaS products and the ability to quickly grasp and explain technical concepts.
