Team Player:
Lead and mentor a team of corporate sales professionals, driving a culture of excellence and accountability.
Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team, conducting regular reviews and facilitating ongoing development.
Turn Ideas into Action:
Craft unique pitches and innovative packages that captivate corporate clients and encourage repeat business
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams-including marketing, operations, and finance-to ensure seamless execution of corporate events.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and lead-generation initiatives tailored for corporate sales.
Brand Advocacy and Promotion:
Represent Client at industry events and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and promoting our corporate offerings.
Engage in public speaking opportunities and develop leadership content to position Client as the preferred partner in corporate events.
What We\'re Looking For:
Experience: rich experience in B2B corporate sales, ideally in hospitality, travel, entertainment, or related fields.
Proven Success: A strong track record of achieving sales targets and building a stellar corporate client portfolio.
