  • Manage the complete B2B corporate sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporates, MNCs, and SMEs to ensure a robust pipeline for group events.
  • Collaborate with clients to create customized event packages that exceed expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Position Client as the #1 destination for corporate getaways, team events, and exhilarating "thrill rides!"
Team Player:
  • Lead and mentor a team of corporate sales professionals, driving a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team, conducting regular reviews and facilitating ongoing development.
Turn Ideas into Action:
  • Craft unique pitches and innovative packages that captivate corporate clients and encourage repeat business
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams-including marketing, operations, and finance-to ensure seamless execution of corporate events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and lead-generation initiatives tailored for corporate sales.
Brand Advocacy and Promotion:
  • Represent Client at industry events and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and promoting our corporate offerings.
  • Engage in public speaking opportunities and develop leadership content to position Client as the preferred partner in corporate events.

  • Experience: rich experience in B2B corporate sales, ideally in hospitality, travel, entertainment, or related fields.
  • Proven Success: A strong track record of achieving sales targets and building a stellar corporate client portfolio.
