Corporate Sales Executive - Events Company (with 3 Years Experience in Hospitality/Tourism)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic events team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of work experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, with a strong background in sales and client relationship management. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain corporate relationships while driving sales for a wide range of events and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new corporate clients for events, conferences, and meetings. Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client base.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Proposal Development: Create and present tailored proposals and packages to potential clients, ensuring they meet their specific event needs.
• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Event Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate events, from the initial client meeting to post-event follow-up.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure bookings while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, tracking performance against targets.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing business.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
