Job Summary :
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving corporate sales for our bulk SMS services, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of digital communication solutions and excellent skills in pitching and selling to corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Identify and target corporate clients across industries such as retail, e-commerce, healthcare, banking, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to reach potential clients, including cold calling, networking, and using online sales platforms.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, showcasing the features, benefits, and ROI of bulk SMS services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and highlight the ease of integration and reporting features.
• Proposal and Contract Management
• Develop and present customized proposals that address client needs, focusing on bulk SMS services and additional options like MMS and OTP solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients.
• Account Management and Client Retention
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor client campaigns and usage, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Market Analysis and Reporting
• Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for product improvement.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to the sales management team.
• Compliance and Regulatory Assurance
• Educate clients on data privacy and SMS compliance regulations, ensuring they understand and follow legal guidelines.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience : 1 years in corporate sales, ideally in digital services, bulk SMS solutions, SaaS, or telecom, Whatsapp API creation.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and basic knowledge of SMS gateway solutions.
• Sales Acumen : Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong skills in negotiation and relationship management.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of creating clear, compelling pitches.
• Customer-Centric : Ability to understand client needs and create value-added solutions.
• Problem-Solving : Skilled at addressing and resolving client challenges promptly.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
