CYC Group, a leading name in Events, Travel & Tour, Hospitality, and Hotels, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales across our diverse business segments, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role demands a deep understanding of the hospitality and events industry, along with excellent sales acumen.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new corporate clients for events, travel & tours, hospitality, and hotel services offered by CYC Group.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target key sectors and maximize revenue from corporate clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of CYC Groups services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with CYC Groups revenue goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Cross-Selling: Leverage opportunities to cross-sell CYC Groups services across its various business segments to existing and potential clients.
  • Account Management: Provide ongoing support to key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services.
  • Event and Travel Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, travel itineraries, and hospitality services for corporate clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the events, hospitality, or travel industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the events, travel, hospitality, and hotel sectors.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Bengali; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events.
