adeera packaging private limited is a leading provider of high-quality paper products, committed to sustainability and innovation in the paper industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in our corporate sales segment.
Job Summary: The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets within the paper industry. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional with a proven track record in corporate sales and a deep understanding of the paper industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share within the corporate sector.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients, building a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals with corporate clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use this information to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to provide insights to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of [2] years of corporate sales experience in the paper industry or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of the paper industry, including products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
o Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
o Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
