Job Overview



We are seeking a results-driven

Corporate Sales Executive

to acquire and manage corporate clients for our business travel solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

Identify and approach potential corporate clients for business travel services. Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Sales & Business Development:

Pitch and present Tripxcia Trips' corporate travel solutions to key decision-makers. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Develop customized travel solutions based on client needs and budget.

Account Management & Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Act as a point of contact for corporate travel bookings and queries.

Reporting & Strategy Development:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or travel industry sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of corporate travel services, including airline and hotel partnerships, is a plus.
