Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Relations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new corporate clients and retaining existing ones. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in client relations and business development within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential corporates to onboard them as clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Develop and implement strategies to retain corporate clients and increase their engagement with our services.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service offerings to potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Handle client inquiries, provide information about our services, and resolve any issues or concerns.
Support in organizing and attending corporate meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the company.
Qualifications:
Fresher, any recent graduate or non-college student in a non-tech field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Basic understanding of client relations and customer service practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel as required for business purposes.
