Job Roles and Responsibilities :- Identifying potential clients & making compelling concept presentations to them.- Understanding the clients\' requirements and developing an appropriate sales strategy for them- Creating business proposals & following up with potential clients for closures.- Networking within the industry with different construction professionals like designers, developers, business heads of different brands- Developing rapport with architects & interiors designers for more business- Negotiating and closing the deal with brands from different product categories like furniture, marble, lighting, bath, tiles, home automation etc- Attending various trade fairs like ID, Acetech, Zak, Foid, Idac, Roofindia and more the industry.- Representing Magnate at Exhibitions- Regularly preparing sales reports - sales pipeline, closures, forecast etc. (ref:updazz.com)
