Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment Life Cycle Management: Handle the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various job portals such as LinkedIn, as well as other channels, to attract qualified IT candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with technical and cultural requirements.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and client representatives to understand hiring needs and refine search criteria
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once



Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as an IT Recruiter, with expertise in managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement .
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles to accurately match candidate profiles with job requirements.
• Hands-on Experience: Proficient in using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, and other job portals to source candidates effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
