Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA/QC team, product development team, and other appropriate staff
Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits
Assist in responding to customer complaints and providing corrective actions and preventative measures at the plant level. Coordinates recall/product withdrawal at the Plant level
Provide appropriate technical training for all QA/QC department personnel in line with quality requirements
Training on all documented processes, forms and work instructions for all company employees, including refresher training and specified intervals for certification requirements.
Ensure compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
Manage internal auditing programs for finish goods as well as ensuring effective incoming inspection processes
Ensure that the corrective & preventative action program is effective, analyzing customer complaints by CAPA
Interact with customers, suppliers, certification bodies and external agencies in regard to quality and compliance issues.
