Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Provides support on complex global transactions for Associates, Managers and HR Support utilizing technology from multiple source applications such as Globalview, Associate central / Success Factors and Salesforce.
• Position Creations, Amendments and creating Job requisitions in Associate Central and GV/ SAP.
• Understanding and defining the Synchronization Concepts between Job Info and Position.
• Mass uploads of position attributes.
• Understanding the concepts of New Hire Configuration between Recruiting tool (RM)and Success Factors
• Maintaining the ONB Candidate Info data in Success Factors - Data amendments of candidate info via Import and export functionality in Success Factors.
• Ensures compliance with global process and data governance as well as ensures accuracy and integrity through transactional processing of global data.
• Ensures compliance with international laws and regulations, including data privacy. Identified breaches in compliance and partners with applicable parties to ensure adherence.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills Required:


• E. / B.Tech with 1- 3 years HRSS / Payroll processing experience (preferably working on GV, SAP or Success Factors).
• Org Management SAP experience is key to role.
• Detail oriented, high accuracy with figures
• Accurate data entry skills (numeric and alpha-numeric)
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
