Primary Responsibility of Corporate leasing:
Business Development / Marketing
1) Market awareness and doing random competition checks.
2) Ideation and execution of marketing collaterals and ensuring quality of the same is maintained.
3) Opening all verticals of marketing and get more ideas on how we could be visible to our clients and ensure that more leads could be generated and Convert them into customers.
4) Meeting IPC's and all other potential source of leads and developing
Relations with them.
5) Ensure that we are visible on all online listings/directories and keep doing random checks on it.
6) Devising weekly plan for leasing & marketing team, in terms of all the
Activities we plan to do for ensuring visibility to potential customer.
7) Launch various campaigns of advertisements via various sources
8) Attend all seminars / events and do all possible alliance with such
Organization where promotions can be done
Revenue Generation / Sales
1) Responsible for revenue generation within the branch
2) Analyze revenue report and cost sheets to ensure minimum spends and maximum revenues
3) Brainstorming to come up with new ideas for revenue generation,
Improving client service and satisfaction levels.
Operations
1) Responsible for smooth functioning of the Branch - in all areas -
Operations/ Pre sales/ Sales/ Customer Servicing
2) Overall Business Working and making it profitable.
Managing day to day Operations entailing Client servicing Expense Management.
3) MIS reports on calls made on a day to day basis.
4) Ensuring standardization of process and procedures across branch.
5) Constant benchmarking on service standards and procedures.
Client/Customer
1) Meeting Client's expectation on Quality, by following client specific
Requirements within the available frame work.
2) Ensuring customer delight and loyalty through a professional & flexible approach.
4) Client Management and Communication - Interaction with Clients, getting feedback and maintaining relationships to ensure repeat business
Team Handling
1) Clear understanding of the role by providing proper job descriptions and elaboration of each task assigned along with a monitoring system to monitor and improvise the shortcomings.
2) Training and developing team members for growth within the
Organization.
3) Team to provide quality and productivity details via MIS reports.
4) Team motivation and monitoring.
5) People Management and counseling of Team and ensuring and making Realfinity a healthy and happy place to work.
6) Controlling Attrition
Investment Responsibilities
1) Responsible for revenue generation through sales and leasing business.
2) Generating brokerage revenue through selling Property in Gurgaon as well as taking care of Target Budget.
3) Responsible for generating business through resale & rental Market in Real Estate.
4) Performing market analysis to identify client needs, project details, price schedules & discount rates.
5) Focussing on prime properties and new Residential/Commercial projects in region.
6) Customising presentation according to clients need.
7) Maintaining strong relationship with the existing & new clients for up selling
8) Responsible for overall sales and operations in the region.
9) Generating revenue through selling underwrite projects.
10) Business development through new corporate tie-ups.
11) Responsible for generating business through resale & rental Market in Real Estate.
12) Performing market analysis to identify client needs, project details, price schedules & discount rates.
13) Focussing on prime properties and new Residential/Commercial projects in region.
14) Customising presentation according to clients need.
15) Maintaining strong relationship with the existing & new clients for up selling.
