JPMorgan Payments, Global Implementation works with our clients to deploy JPMorgan Payments products to enhance their eCommerce business capabilities and treasury operations. This team requires strong project governance discipline to execute against proven client and product onboarding methodology and possess rich expertise to consult and lead clients in adopting JPMorgan Payments technology and products across Treasury, Cash Mgt, Trade and Merchant Acquiring businesses. This team builds trust and collaborate with internal partners in Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Client Service to outcomes in line with client\'s expectation, shape the firm\'s investment strategies and enhance global operating model to best serve our valued clients. Job Responsibilities Implementation Managers in the team takes ownership of post mandate client experience starting from solution finalization, through onboarding, testing and production live operation. Implementation managers are expected to balance multiple concurrent client implementations, prioritize tight schedules and lead communications to senior stakeholders while adherence to applicable legal, risk, compliance, and controls frameworks. Participate in client forums and Sales presentations to lend thought leadership and differentiate JPMorgan implementation and Digital onboarding proposition. Lead client-facing meetings such as workshops to whiteboard solutions, steering committee governance, project and service reviews Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Are Strategic thinker with abundant creativity to identify opportunities to improve, solve operational issues and differentiate to create sales advantage Have great attention to details associated with legal and technical documentations and process re-engineering Enjoy meeting people, client interactions and has tremendous passion advocating for clients. Are a people manager who loves to coach, motivate teams to higher performance and energized by constant learning Are a natural collaborator and influencer who thrives in a matrix environment - working across functions, products and geographies in a heavily matrixed environment Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Understanding in payments ecosystem with relevant industry experiences in transaction banking, cash management, corporate finance, consulting, Fintech solutions, eCommerce business or merchant acquiring. Has technical background with hands-on experience in related technology/products such as SAP FI/CO, Oracle, Internet Payment Gateways, SWIFT, SFTP, API, ISOxml, etc. Project Management certification and proven ability to manage complex global projects Minimum a Bachelor\'s degree and at least years of above experience.
