Key Responsibilities:

1. •Strategic Planning and Execution:•

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.

- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

- Ensure consistency in operations, service, and branding across all locations.

2. •Financial Management:•

- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance for each restaurant.

- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and other performance metrics.

3. •Operations Management:•

- Ensure all restaurants comply with health and safety regulations.

- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations.

- Oversee supply chain management to ensure efficient inventory and cost control.

4. •Quality and Customer Service:•

- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
