About ClientOur Client is one of the oldest Company operating in the Sweeteners and Nutraceuticals space. It has a diversified portfolio of products, including bio-products, nutraceuticals, and co-generation of power. It is also a leader in organic farming and sustainable agriculture.CA FresherWork Location: ChennaiRoles & Responsibilities:1. Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements2. Sound knowledge of Ind AS, Income Tax and SEBI LODR required.3. Quarterly income tax/advance tax computations.4. Knowledge in filing income tax return, TDS & TCS returns, etc.5. Preparation of management reports and presentations6. Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors, IFC Auditors and facilitation of Audit7. Co-ordination with internal departments and providing information for statutory compliances including assisting in validation of Annual Report, Annual Return XBRL, and other returns.8. Month closing activities9. Knowledge of ERP environment (experience is SAP would be preferrable)
