Corporate Counsel
Job Description
• Provide sound legal counsel whenever needed.
• Curate and review legal paperwork and documentation that protect and support the company's interests while adhering to corporate compliance laws.
• Improvise and oversee the company policies on legal affairs periodically as the company attorney.
• Guide the management team and stakeholders on the legal directions to take.
• Undertake and perform in-depth legal research for partnerships, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
• Avoid legal risks in the company.
Required skills and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in law, whether it is LLB or BA.LLB from a recognised university
• Registered with the Bar Council of India
• Proficiency and fluency in English
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate law
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team
• Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in corporate companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
