:JD for Group Corporate CommunicationLevel: -VP - Group Corporate CommunicationExperience (combination of Journalism, PR and Corporate Communication): 12- 15 yearsJob location: Mumbai (BKC and Malad)Job Role: Full-Time * Corporate Communication and PR for Kotak Mahindra Group Companies such as Kotak Investment Banking, Kotak Alternate Asset Manager, Kotak Life and General Insurance, Kotak Institutional Equities, Corporate Banking, Treasury but not limited to these businesses and entities. Combination of businesses and entities will be changed as per Group's communication requirements.

• Stakeholder relationship management - internal and media i.e. ensure ongoing media engagement for spokespersons.
• Work closely with product and service teams as well as with marketing teams of the two businesses to understand the offering and how best we can position it for investors using PR as a tool.
• Content development: media releases, announcements (long and short copy), articles, content contribution for annual report, website etc. but not limited to these areas.

Requirement * Media relations or exposure to media handling and reputation management is desirable

• Experience in business journalism is an added advantage
• Enjoys storytelling.
• Proficiency in English - spoken and written.
• Writing skills: Develop content including writing media releases, announcements (long and short copy), and articles.
• Presentation skills: Writing and making presentation to internal stakeholders.
• Analytic skills: PR measurement and analytics - usage of advanced tools in analyzing and preparing media reports
• Strong understanding of sentiment analysis vis-xc3xa0-vis business and product performance is desirable.
• MIS: Writing MIS on daily coverages, weekly, monthly and quarterly updates, and PR performance reports.
• Understanding of macro and micro-economic trends, BFSI sector, Capital Markets and Personal Finance
• Candidate with 10-15 years of experience having a combination of journalism, corporate communication and PR agency.
• Hands on experience in all major areas of communications - External & Internal communications, CSR Communications, Leadership communications, digital and social PR.

Education:Graduate in any stream. Postgraduate diploma in mass communications and PR and / or MBA will be an added advantage.
