About the Role: We are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist with 1-3 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit compelling content for various corporate communication channels, including but not limited to press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and internal newsletters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with corporate messaging and objectives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media contacts, industry influencers, and internal executives.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees.
- Monitor and analyse media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in content writing and stakeholder management.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in writing for magazines, editorials, or media startups preferred.
- Familiarity with employer branding concepts and internal communications strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
