Corporate Communications & External Affairs We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager with a strong background in public relations, either from a large corporate setting or an agency serving large corporates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily public relations and corporate communications functions, liaising with brand managers, internal teams, external teams, and agencies. They must possess excellent writing skills, robust media relationships, and a creative mindset to drive our communications strategy.Your responsibilitiesPR and Communications Management: Oversee daily public relations activities and corporate communications, ensuring alignment with Reckitt's strategic goals.Content Creation: Develop compelling content for press releases, media kits, executive speeches, and other communication materials.Crisis Management: Handle communication during crises, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information to stakeholders.Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns to support product launches, brand initiatives, and corporate events.Monitoring and Reporting: Track media coverage and provide regular reports on PR activities, media sentiment, and campaign performance.The experience we're looking forExperience: Minimum 12 years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record in managing communications for large corporates or agencies servicing large corporates.Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, strong media relations, and a creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
