This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Chef at ISHTAA in HYDERABAD and Bangalore. The Corporate Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the company's establishments, developing new menus and recipes, managing and training kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and collaborating with other departments to create exceptional dining experiences. Preferably from Hyderabad & South Indian cuisine.
Qualifications
• Culinary arts degree or relevant certification
• Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of various culinary techniques and cuisines
• Experience in menu development and recipe creation
• Leadership and management skills to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high food quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?130,000.00 per month
