Position: Corporate Chef1.Would be able to handle pre-operation of kitchen and F&B of all new hotels2.Would be able to plan, analyze, suggest and implement the kitchen, dining and bar set up3.Would be able to identify and hire people in kitchen and F&B4.Would be able to check the post-operation keeping in view the quality consistency and uniformity of all hotels5.Experience in managing group of hotels will only be entertained6.Execution of Daily Food Service, Quality, Technique, Portion, Presentation and Food Cost Control7.Support management with Catering Proposals, Menu Pricing and Menu Innovation8.Track food costs while Managing Vendors to provide Standard Cost-efficient Products9.Estimate Food Consumption and Requisition of Food Purchase10.Standardize Production Recipes to ensure consistent quality11.Responsible for continued growth of overall catering: Cost, Quality, Presentation and Innovation12.Execute all off-site Catering that requires on-site support13.Assist Manager of sales & Marketing in Menu Planning and Costing for Special Event Catering14.Collaborate with General Managers on expense tracking for accurate financial projections15.Responsible for all the kitchen purchasing16.Ensure that appropriate Sanitation, Maintenance and Safety Standards are followed17.Implement and maintain Culinary Excellence Standards18.Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise all culinary activities19.Extensive traveling.Experience: 15 years of experience as Executive chef in any brandsSalary: Salary is no bar for suitable Candidates.
