Role: Business Development Executive is one who is responsible for
meeting Purchase Managers and Product Managers to understand
their NDPs and present them with suitable solutions and convert
them into company clients for revenue generation.
Responsibilities : 1. Calling Clients for Follow up
2. Setting up Meetings with customers and presenting them
solutions
3. Sales Conversion-Follow up-Follow up- Follow up
4. Develop Selling Skills and Business
Data Sourcing and Management
Maintain Clients Contact Details in office number.
Sharing Complete data with back office team regarding the
inquiries generated.
Keeping data of Samples given to clients and sharing
information with back office team on same day and taking
samples back on time if not doing order.
Send daily activity report to the manager.
Update whats app status on Office no. given by Sir and
broadcast to all your clients.
1 day Prior share your Agenda of Next Day in Respective
group and Share Tasks done end of the day.
Sales tracker data to be shared on weekly basis.
Setting Meetings
Spending minimum 2 hours per day on calling up the decision
makers of the target customer to set up Sales Meetings and
maintain the sales pipeline
Preparing for meetings via structured research about target
client
Meeting at least 2 new and 2 existing decision makers of the
target customer on a daily basis
Having effective sales meeting in order to:
o Understand the current NDP of the customer
o Position Prime Gifts as the best choice for the client
o Generate Requirements/Inquiries from Clients
o Sharing Presentations on Whats app with clients.
Sales Conversation
Follow up & Negotiate Win-Win-Win deals
Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
Client Co-ordination
Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the
client
Being the communication bridge between the prospective
client and the operations team from contract to the life cycle
of the customer.
