Position: Corporate and Cyber Crime Lawyer

Educational Qualification: Degree in Law

Location: Dehradun

Note: The candidates who apply should be living in Dehradun

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience working with corporate clients or in a law firm specializing in cyber law.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 50000 - 55000 per month



We are looking for an ambitious and skilled Corporate and Cyber Crime Lawyer with at least 2 years of experience in handling corporate legal matters and cybercrime cases. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of corporate law, cyber security regulations, and digital compliance. This role involves advising on corporate legal issues, managing cybercrime cases, and assisting in compliance with data protection laws.

Responsibilities :

Assist in providing legal counsel on corporate law matters, including business transactions, and compliance issues.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and agreements to ensure alignment with corporate and cyber law requirements.

Handle legal aspects of cybercrime cases, including data breaches, online fraud, identity theft, and digital defamation.

Advise on compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, IT Act) and assist in drafting privacy policies.

Support the development and implementation of internal policies related to data privacy and cyber security.

Conduct legal research on emerging trends in cyber laws and digital regulations.
