Designation: Corporate Agency Manager - Branch BankingChannel: BancassurancePay Roll: On RollLocation : Minimum 1+ year in Sales and Marketing within BFSI/Insurance.CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives.Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture strong relationships with bank branch teams to drive insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel.- Meet and exceed sales targets in line with the channel's strategic objectives.- Work closely with the bank's sales team to identify prospective customers and introduce insurance solutions.- Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers, including assistance with claims and renewals.- Ensure a high level of business quality by focusing on persistency and renewals.- Facilitate training for the bank's sales team to leverage digital tools and platforms effectively.- Travel locally to meet customers and clients at channel partner locations as needed.Skills & Competencies :- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively.- Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed targets.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.For more details or to apply, contact Seema S. at +91-94081 59943 or share your updated resume.
