Job Summary:The Corporate Affairs Liaison is responsible for managing and coordinating the companys corporate affairs activities, including stakeholder engagement, public relations, and corporate communications. Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and community leaders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders on corporate affairs matters.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and engagements with stakeholders.
Public Relations:
Manage the companys public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and public statements.
Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the companys image and reputation.
Monitor media coverage and manage responses to media inquiries.
Corporate Communications:
Develop and execute corporate communications strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
Prepare and review communication materials, including speeches, presentations, reports, and newsletters.
Ensure internal and external communications align with the companys brand and strategic objectives.
Policy Advocacy and Government Relations:
Monitor and analyze relevant policy and regulatory developments that impact the company.
Advocate for the companys interests and positions on policy and regulatory issues.
Coordinate lobbying efforts and participate in industry advocacy initiatives.
Crisis Management:
Develop and implement crisis communication plans and strategies.
Act as the companys spokesperson during crises and manage communication with stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective crisis response.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
Support the development and implementation of the companys CSR initiatives and programs.
Communicate CSR activities and achievements to stakeholders and the public.
Collaborate with community organizations and partners on CSR projects.
Event Management:
Plan and organize corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and stakeholder meetings.
Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and ensure successful execution.
Represent the company at external events and industry forums.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare reports and presentations on corporate affairs activities and outcomes.
Analyze the effectiveness of corporate affairs strategies and initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
