Youll be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing national accounts in a selected industry. What You Will Do:
  • Develop and expand existing and new accounts in the Microelectronics, & Semiconductor space
  • Design and implement strategic business plans for your accounts (All India)
  • Present value-add products and programs, highlighting impact to the customers business
  • Ensure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Nalco Waters value proposition
  • Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level
  • Partner and lead service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met and delivery of Service Standards are consistent
Territory/Location Information:
  • Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru
  • 40 xe2x80x93 50% travel

Based on your skill level and experience, topics covered may include technology, product, service, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, sales management and leadership, classroom training and certifications.If applicable, relocation assistance would be provided for the right candidateMinimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years of technical sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Demonstrated large account management success is in selected industry with executive-level relationship sales experience
