HiGreetings of the Day.We have a critical opening with our client for Corp Sourcing role for Bangalore location.Experience : 6 to 12 yrsLocation: Bangalore- WFO - US ShiftMode of Employment:Contract ( For a Leading MNC IT Company )Job description

  • Graduates having approximately 6-10 years experience in handling Strategic Sourcing and procurement processes
  • Exposure in drafting category strategy, sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution and contract closure
  • Good client facing & client management skills
  • Hands on Experience on e-sourcing tools, Experience on Coupa & SAP would be preferred and required on similar tools
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Good aptitude & analytical skills with knowledge of working on MS Office
MUST HAVE SKILLS:End to End execution of Contracts/Strategic Sourcing including RFX, SOW, Negotiations, Red Lining, Insurance, Legal, Cross Functional Team management, PRPO, PO Management, Expediting. Drive cost saving initiatives & achieve cost savings in contractual & supplier negotiationsMust have experience in following Tail Spend categories: Professional Services, IT (Hardware, Software), Travel, Insurance, Marketing, HR, Telecom, Print, Facilities
  • Client engagement and drive business growth
  • Drive, manage and oversee all Sourcing and Procurement deliverables and initiatives for the Client
  • Lead Sourcing Projects across Indirect spend categories for the region and should be able to manage teams
  • Review Policies and Contracts for opportunity identification and improvements
  • Drive Spot Sourcing initiatives and quick win solutions
  • Interface with Ithe companys central Category CoE and Clientxe2x80x99s SMEs to create synergies and value
  • Drive Contract negotiations / renegotiations
  • Manage Stakeholder communications and projects pipeline
