Job Summary -A career in our Managed Services team will give you an opportunity to collaborate with many teams to help our clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology. Our Revenue Cycle Managed Services team will provide you with the opportunity to act as an extension of our healthcare clients\' revenue cycle functions. We specialize in front, middle and back-office revenue cycle functions for hospitals, medical groups, and other providers. We leverage our custom and automated workflow and quality assurance products to enable our clientsto achieve better results, which ultimately allows them to provide better patient care.Minimum Degree Required (BQ) *:Bachelors DegreeDegree Preferred:Bachelors DegreeRequired Field(s) of Study (BQ):Computer Science, Data Analytics, AccountingPreferred Field(s) of Study:Minimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ) *: US2 years of experienceCertification(s) Preferred:Required Knowledge/Skills (BQ):Roles and Responsibilities, generally: Candidate would be required to collect all internal or external HCP program documentation including invoices, proof of service documents and contracts. Invoices would be reconciled and reviewed for compliance to policy and code. Candidate would also be responsible for transparency reporting into system of record. Identified errors are corrected and any identified anomalies with the program are flagged. Completion of said responsibilities follows tight SLA timelines and local/national/international transparency reporting deadlines.Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Review Contracts and Payment data to adhere to established standardsCoordinate and assist with outsourced payment processesGenerate ad hoc or curated insight reports for both compliance and business purposesWork with client, compliance and legal and business teams and ensure smooth delivery of projectStandardize processes and maintain playbooks/ SOP as part of change managementLearn and support tools on expanded areas of HCP, HCO or Patient engagement including AiManage deliverables on or ahead of deadlines and reporting any issues/risks beforehandPOC for regular reports sent to clients.Any other responsibility that flows naturally and logically to this roleSkills:Individuals with 0-5 years of experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain knowledge, and or regulatory reporting experienceAbility to logically, and critically evaluate HCP, HCO and Patient engagement and follow process steps.Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and identify anomalies or inconsistenciesStrong financial acumen for reconciling invoices and expenses.Strong attention to detail, and comfort with data entry.Familiarly with Advanced ExcelStrong English language reading comprehension and writing skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracyGreat team player and able to work with minimal guidanceEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel RequirementsAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?Government Clearance Required?Job Posting End Date
