Your role is critical in ensuring the platform\'s reliability, performance, and availability. You will work closely with development, deployment, and support teams to manage and troubleshoot the BPM environment effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Camunda 8 BPM platform.- Manage user access and security settings within Camunda 8.- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Camunda 8 platform and workflow.- Restart the single/bulk workflows after the resolution of error- Collaborate with development and deployment teams to implement changes and enhancements.- Optimize process workflows and configurations for better performance and reliability.- Develop the custom monitoring dashboard.- Develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures and best practices.- Provide technical support and training to users and stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.- Stay updated with the latest features and improvements in Camunda 8.Qualifications:- Proven experience in managing and operating Camunda 8 BPM platform.- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN.- Strong understanding of workflows- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques.- Basic knowledge of Java and scripting languages.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.EXPERIENCE
