As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs to support the company\'s growth and enhance employee satisfaction. You will collaborate with department heads to ensure a strategic and integrated approach to human resources management.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations and goals.
- Identify opportunities for employee development and training.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and
other perks.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend adjustments to the benefits package.
Training and Development:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
HR Compliance:
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
HR Analytics:
- Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, assess employee engagement, and drive data-
driven decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for management on key HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Please note: This is a Full-time on-site role in Gurgaon.
