Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Copywriter to develop compelling and persuasive content that resonates with our target audience. In this role, you will be responsible for producing a variety of content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, product descriptions, and more. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, strategic thinker, and has a keen understanding of tone, style, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, engaging, and consistent content for digital and print platforms that aligns with brand voice and messaging.
• Develop content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Conduct research to understand industry trends, target audience, and competitive landscape.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
• Use SEO best practices to increase organic reach and optimize copy for search engines.
• Brainstorm and contribute to campaign ideas and creative strategies.
• Adapt writing style to suit various platforms, audiences, and brand personalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio of published writing samples.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Pet Industry
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media trends.
• Understanding of UX writing principles and content strategy.
