Job Summary

The Copywriter will focus on creating short-form, impactful content that drives engagement across digital platforms. This includes writing compelling ad copies, taglines, and social media content that resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Create attention-grabbing ad copies and taglines for campaigns.

Write concise and impactful social media captions and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging.

Conduct competitor analysis to refine and innovate communication strategies.

KPIs

Engagement rates on ads and social posts: 40%

Conversion rates from campaigns: 30%

Adherence to brand tone and messaging: 20%

Timeliness of content delivery: 10%

Required Skillset

Strong grasp of persuasive and creative writing techniques.

Experience in crafting engaging, short-form content for ads and social media.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.

Understanding of branding principles and audience psychology.

Experience

3-5 years in copywriting, preferably in digital marketing or creative agencies.

Salary Bracket

?5-7 LPA
