Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will craft compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements. You should have a solid understanding of content marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and how to tailor messaging to engage target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Write clear, creative, and engaging copy for various digital marketing campaigns (web, email, social media, ads, blogs, etc.).
• Brand Voice Development: Ensure all copy is consistent with the company's tone, style, and messaging.
• SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to produce keyword-optimized content for better search engine visibility.
• Social Media Copywriting: Create attention-grabbing headlines, captions, and content for social media platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, digital marketers, and other team members to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Content Editing: Proofread and edit content for grammatical accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• A/B Testing: Develop copy variants to test and optimize for performance across digital platforms.
• Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to create fresh, relevant content that resonates with the audience.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in copywriting within a digital marketing environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Writing Skills: Strong command of English with impeccable grammar and editing skills.
• Creativity: Ability to develop engaging, original content that aligns with brand goals.
• Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for accuracy in content, formatting, and style.
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Digital Savvy: Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and the role copy plays in driving digital marketing success.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with writing for B2B and B2C brands.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML or design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
