• work across CRED's multiple lines of businesses to create product & marketing assets, from in-app messaging to whatsapp, push notifications, email, and more. define and refine CRED's voice across products, marketing, and campaigns.
• you won't just write; you'll decide how every feature speaks. take marketing campaigns from concept to execution across multiple channels; whether it's in-app communication, offline activations, or social content, your words will find a way to fit in.
• collaborate with internal teams like PR, product, or design. great ideas don't happen in silos.
• create impact at every level; whether it's driving action, shaping perception, or building brand affinity. creativity is key, but so is intent.

this role is for you if you are:

• someone who understands that writing is both an art and a science. you know that writing isn't just about words, it's about influence. you have experience writing across different mediums and channels, knowing that an email isn't a tweet, and a push notification isn't a whatsapp message.
• you understand how to write within a brand's tone of voice and personality. you know the difference between funny and witty, and why the latter always wins.
