We are looking for Sales Professionals to Market Products of our High-Performance Skincare Brand to help Dermatologists and allied doctors treat their patients and improve their patient outcome.About Ratti & Melblok :Ratti Brands Pvt Ltd is a New York & New Delhi-based beauty company that makes high-performance products to help solve fundamental beauty concerns. We use bio-appropriate, clean ingredients, and materials that are all-natural, sustainable, and biodegradable.Primary Responsibilities :- Market products of the company\'s Performance Skincare brand to doctors.- Onboard new doctors to build the brand\'s ethical sales network.- Train, and hand hold doctors in using the brands products effectively.- Setup appointments for and accompany the company\'s CSO on doctor visits.- Provide support and mentoring to your clients and regularly follow up on sales growth.- Research competitive products and brands and report to management.- Conduct background research with chemist stores and other data channels to understand target clients, competitive landscape, market penetration, and discover new strategies for sales growth- Coordinate with Doctors and in-house marketing teams when required to support brand marketing.- Participate in RCPA (Retail Chemist Prescription Audit) to identify potential customers and competition.- Use Technology and Digital Tools for effective field operations.- Prepare visual reports for internal team.- Other tasks that support the company\'s sales growth.Required Skills :MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)Good command over English language.Required Personality:- Be well groomed and well dressed.- motivated, enthusiastic, over-achiever attitude.- Analytical & Scientific Mind.- Understand scientific language and concepts very well.- Love helping and advising people on improving their life.- Interest in beauty products or skin care is a plus.If you\'re right for us, then you are high-performance, solution-minded, passionate, fearless, seamless, and devoted to the customer\'s success.Note: This is a growth position.
