Bragnam Learning Private Limited, a leading provider of preschool franchise opportunities, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating communication and support between the company and our esteemed clients, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with franchise clients to understand and address their concerns, queries, and issues promptly.
• Provide timely and efficient resolution to client inquiries and problems to ensure a positive client experience.
• Coordinate with clients to facilitate the booking of preschool resources such as books and dresses as per their requirements.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of franchise payments and resolve any payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
• Assist in organizing and conducting client meetings, both in-person and virtually, as required.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively address client needs and inquiries.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support the smooth functioning of the franchise operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
