Job Description

Position Summary:This role of this position will be to supervise and to ensure all the machine shipment related activity are completed according to the process & plan.Work Youxe2x80x99ll Do:

• Responsible for preparing Part list related to Release / Run off Machines.
• Responsible for physical Retrieval of FOC Spares.
• Responsible to supervise the contractual employees for final packaging, painting, and labelling.
• Responsible for preparing Data preparation, MIS and data entry into ERP system.
• Responsible for shift released machines from Run off to Shipment Cell.
• Responsible to ensure machine skid mounting both for Local / Export.
• Responsible to Co-Ordinate shortages internal department i.e. Assembly / Paint Shop / CWS / Spares / Purchase etc.
• Responsible to make sure of taking Shipping Machines Photographs & also save the same in folders as a history.
