We are seeking a dynamic and organized School Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations and facilitate communication among students, teachers, parents, and school management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning while promoting a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Academic Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the curriculum across all classes.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure lesson plans and teaching methods align with school goals.
• Conduct regular academic audits to track student and teacher performance.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and school management.
• Communicate important updates, schedules, and guidelines to all stakeholders.
• Address concerns and queries raised by parents and resolve them efficiently.
• Teacher Support and Supervision:
• Assist in teacher recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and plans.
• Encourage teachers to adopt innovative teaching methods and organize co-curricular activities.
• Event and Activity Management:
• Plan and organize school events, parent-teacher meetings, and workshops.
• Supervise extracurricular and co-curricular activities to ensure student engagement.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain and update student records, teacher reports, and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and rules.
• Work closely with the principal or management to implement new initiatives and strategies.
• Behavioral Management:
• Monitor and support students' behavior and discipline in the school.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for addressing behavioral challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (B.Ed. or Master's in Education is preferred).
• Experience:
• 2-5 years of experience in teaching or school administration.
• Prior experience as a coordinator or in a leadership role is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage teachers and staff.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
