• Provide freight service info to customers
• Handle inbound/outbound calls
• Search Clients from Google or Online exporter site & Generating Lead By Making Cold Call & Emails
• Cold calling from available data.
• Resolve queries, encourage freight service purchases
• Lead generation from database, online sources view Fix appointments, build client relationships
• Achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Deal with Shipping lines, Domestic and International Agents for Pricing requirements.
• Ability to generate sales independently and leads.
Qualifications:
• 0-3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Good communication skills - Oral & Written.
Salary:
INR 2-3 lacs P.A
