Role Overview:
We are looking for a Coordinator for Content Marketing and Digital Marketing Team to act as a critical link between the team and organizational leadership, including the Managing Director's Office (MDO). The ideal candidate will have a background in coordination, project management, and marketing operations, with a proactive approach to goal setting, team alignment, and process optimization. This role requires a strong focus on strategic objectives, attention to detail, and effective communication.
The Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of content and digital marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with IND's mission and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Coordination and Goal Setting
• Be the person responsible for the objectives and intentions of the content and digital marketing vertical.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director's Office (MDO) and the vertical head to lay down clearly defined tri-monthly, monthly, weekly, and daily objectives for the vertical.
• Actively engage with the vertical head on strategic matters, ensuring that goals and action plans are aligned with the overall organizational objectives.
• Define the exact steps and projects required to fulfill the vertical's goals and track them to completion.
Process Documentation and Optimization
• Work with team members to document processes, use your own expertise to fine-tune them, and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.
• Research and refine processes, optimize workflows and ensure consistency in deliverables.
Team Coordination and Follow-Ups
• Hold daily huddles to define deliverables for the day and track them to completion, ensuring productivity and accountability across the team.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and tri-monthly reviews of vertical objectives and achievements.
• Follow up with team members to ensure adherence to turnaround times and track progress on individual action items as well as larger projects.
• Handle team priorities, calendars, productivity, and resource optimization
Quality Control and Output Evaluation
• Determine and document parameters to grade team output, and analyze whether team deliverables meet the established standards.
• Conduct quality control and ensure that all deliverables adhere to IND's tone, style, and messaging standards.
Meeting Management and Collaboration
• Accompany vertical members in meetings (internal and external), ensuring clearly defined outcomes are set prior to the start.
• Note key points discussed during meetings, define the steps ahead by the end of the meeting, and evaluate whether the objectives were achieved.
• Ensure resource allocation and proper tracking after each meeting.
Content and Campaign Coordination
• Oversee content planning and execution, ensuring timely production and publishing of high-quality content.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support campaigns, monitor performance, and provide insights to optimize results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with other organizational activities.
Administrative and Operational Support
• Maintain and optimize the file system for the vertical.
• Approve leaves or work-from-home requests for team members as applicable.
• Coordinate with process coordinators for regular vertical processes.
Reporting and Summarizing Achievements
• Own the weekly scheduler and document positive developments for the vertical by the end of each week.
• Prepare reports and analytics on vertical performance and content/digital campaign outcomes for leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a coordination, project management, or marketing operations role.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and managing workflows.
Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, sales funnels, social media platforms, project management tools like Trello/Asana).
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and evaluating campaign performance and team outputs.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to challenges.
• A proactive, goal-oriented approach to work.
