Coordinator - Customer Interaction




JOB PURPOSE:




• Ensure providing seamless Customer Service support for Seeds, CP to Commercial Unit business.
• Ensuring Improved Customer Experience through effective order management and problem resolution.
• Supporting adoption of digital enablers in customer service and distribution activities -i.e. Perfect Order, Stock Return Tracking System, Mobile Order Entry, OCV, Transport Management System, Last Mile Visibility, Complaint Management System
• End to end Customer Service co-ordination



YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




• Supporting Order Management (O2B) -Sales Orders (SO), Dealers to Dealers transfers, Direct shipments, sample orders, Billing & Return Orders.
• Responsible for Perfect Order -Order Accuracy, Billing Accuracy, OTIF, On-Time Delivery.
• Ensuring timely co-ordination of customer complaints & queries
• Corporate & Export Customer Order Management- Order, dispatch & payment co-ordination
• Trouble shooting for all & any issues related to SAP & other digital tools with the help of IT.
• Supporting commercial & credit team to ensure correct customer data (sold to) & authorizing ship to customers (dispatch locations).






WHO YOU ARE:




• Graduate from any field
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, IT or related fields
• Knowledge of SAP SD module and MS Office is must
• Key skills: customer focus and relationship management, results orientation, collaboration, agility, flexibility, integrity
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good in English and regional language
