You will support our Market and Enterprise finance teams in executing comprehensive lease accounting services for our expense and income portfolio. Execution support includes end-to-end process of income and expense lease activities in support of ensuring accurate and compliant reporting of information.The candidate is expected to reside in India.Responsibilities:

• Monitor, track, and update all lease expenses within the TRIRIGA system, maintaining data integrity and supporting financial transparency.
• Execute the set-up of appropriate GL accounts for lease receivables and payables, ensuring proper financial recording and reporting.
• Perform reconciliation of Franchisee revenue as well as GL close reconciliation.
• Execute transactional activities pertaining to scheduling, approving, and processing lease payments and receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in business intelligence skills to extract, analyze, and generate insights from data.
• Experience in executing defined processes and policies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Experience and proficiency in TRIRIGA lease application tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present and convey financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Customerfocused approach with commitment to delivering high-quality service and support to Market and Enterprise teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple key business priorities.
