THE ROLE:Join our organization in delivering operational excellence as we expand our data warehousing and analytics systems. Our team manages our corporate data warehouse solutions, providing critical information for management reporting, financial reporting, and machine learning models. We build and maintain data pipelines, prepare analytical models, assist business stakeholders in using information systems, acquire new datasets as needed, and troubleshoot data issues. We are looking for a skilled BI Developer to join our team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with business partners to understand data analytics requirements and implement reports, extracts, visualizations, dashboards, or other data presentations to meet these needs using Microsoft Power BI, SAP Analysis for Office, Excel, or other tools as may be required.
• Work with business to automate analytics that are done manually in Excel today.
• Ask questions to go beyond the initial asks from business partners and understand their desired end result, then work to enable that end result.
• Collaborate closely with data modelers and data pipeline developers to communicate data warehouse requirements to meet analytical needs and to ensure that the resulting models are well-structured to support the necessary analytics in a business-friendly manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Microsoft Power BI or any other reporting tool like Tableau
• Strong native SQL experience.
• Python experience is desirable
• AI & ML skills is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
• Passion for attention to detail & organizing information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed to work with various levels of technical staff members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to execute against deadlines.
• Self-motivated, constructive, and positive attitude.
• Quick learner, self-initiated and team player
• Detailed oriented and ability to manage timelines

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Science, or related disciplines.
